From these results we will not only determine the program that best fits you but a meal plan that is specific to you and your goals.   • Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) = 2117 calories/day. Calories you would burn in a 24-hour period.
  • Normal Daily Activity (NDA) = 633 calories/day. Calories you would burn in your daily activities.
  • Exercise (PEC) = 264 calories you would burn in a 30-minute workout.
  • Total Daily Energetic Expenditure (TDEE) = RMR + NDA + PEC. Calories you burn in a day with activities and exercise.

Metabolic Test: Lifelong Fitness is always at the FOREFRONT of technology to make your programs much more efficient and your goals much more attainable. With a simple metabolic test, we can check ones RESTING METABOLIC RATE (RMR). An RMR is how many calories you are burning in a 24-hour period if you were just sitting in a chair. RMR basically tells us how many calories you need to stay alive. Lifelong fitness can also conduct an EXERCISE TEST which allows us to see how many calories you burn at different intensity levels. We will not only be able to measure calories, but the percentage of carbohydrates and fats one is utilizing as well as where your heart rate needs to be to maximize fat utilization. The exercise test also measures ones LACTATE THRESHOLD as well as the level of cardiovascular fitness through VO2 TESTING. 

Exercise metabolic testing along with ones RMR will allow us to KNOW EXACTLY how many calories our clients need to lose the weight without putting the unwanted pounds back on.
