Before becoming a personal trainer in Northwest Arkansas, I grew up in a small community in rural Nebraska. The sort of community where hard work, dedication and honesty are still values that stand strong. A place where family and friends come before all. A place where after an honest and hard day's work you can sit back and say job well done. I brought these values I hold so dear to Northwest Arkansas and use them as a foundation and a pillar for our personal training business. We are a business that puts the client ahead of the personal trainer and treats them as if they are family.
In 2006 I attended and graduated from The National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Denver, CO, where I finished with top honors. The institute was a 10-month hands-on training course that prepared trainers to excel in the personal training industry.
After Graduating from NPTI I became a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and got my certification as a personal trainer. I also became a sports nutritionist for the National Association of Sports Nutrition (NASN) that same year. In 2009 I became an instructor at the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado while training as a sub-contractor for various corporations and businesses.
I believe there is NEVER ONE SIZE FITS - ALL approach. Each fitness program and diet should be tailor made for not only the client's fitness level but the individual's goals. I also believe that personal training is and has never been about the trainer but has always been about the client.
